Refund Policy – Dutch Cousin
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-customized items.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase required
Customized Products
Customized hoodies and personalized sticker orders are non-refundable, unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a printing error caused by us
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue

Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- They are defective
- Incorrect size/item was sent by us
Lost Packages
Dutch Cousin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered by customers.
