REFUND POLICY

At Dutch Cousin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell both digital products and physical products, different refund conditions apply depending on the type of product purchased.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our digital products include downloadable stickers, sticker bundles, graphics, artwork, and other digital files.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions may be granted if:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
• The customer receives the wrong digital product.
• The product is substantially different from its description.

If you experience any technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products include hoodies, apparel, and other printed merchandise sold through our store.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Downloaded digital products.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Products returned damaged due to customer misuse.

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos showing the problem.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged.
• The wrong item was received.
• The item is defective.

  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider to process the refund after approval.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.

Once production, customization, printing, or shipment has started, cancellations may not be possible.
