At Dutch Cousin, we offer both digital products and physical products. Different refund and return conditions apply depending on the type of product purchased.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our digital products include sticker bundles, digital stickers, artwork, downloadable files, and other digital content.

All digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

However, we may offer a replacement or refund if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• You received the wrong digital product.
• A technical issue prevents access to the purchased file.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the problem promptly.

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products, including hoodies, apparel, and other merchandise, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Digital products that have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Gift cards.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective.
• The wrong item was received.
• The item was damaged during shipment.

  1. REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment processor to complete the refund transaction.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before production, customization, or fulfillment begins.

Once production, printing, customization, or shipment has started, cancellations may not be possible.
